Design Notes

The nucleotide sequence was optimised so that the amino acid sequence fits the HeLa expression system. Prefix and Suffix sequence were add. For validation a his tag was add at the N-term of Dsup. Furthermore, the Kozak sequence was added at the front of Dsup to improve the initiation of translation.
